Summary of the Promotional Video & Upgrade Master Plan

The promotional video showcases an architectural 3D walkthrough and presentation detailing the comprehensive modernization of the Olympic Tennis Complex within OAKA, aiming to transform the historical 2004 venue into a contemporary, multi-functional pole for sports, culture, and leisure.

  • Main Stadium Court: Highlights the technological and structural overhaul of the primary show court (seating 8,600 spectators under a light canopy) and the secondary arena court (3,100 seats).
  • Court Expansion & Modernization: Outlines the refurbishment of the existing 16 courts (14 training/auxiliary courts) alongside the addition of modern racket sports facilities—including outdoor Padel Courts, Pickleball Courts, and specialized Children’s Tennis Courts.
  • New Infrastructure & Amenities: Features 3D visuals of newly constructed auxiliary facilities, including a state-of-the-art Tennis Club House (serving as a central meeting place for athletes, coaches, and visitors), info points, outdoor canteens, and redesigned commercial/public areas.
  • Environmental & Landscape Design: Demonstrates extensive surrounding landscape architectural design, improved spectator flow, accessible walkways, and environmental upgrades across the entire 70-stremma site.
  • Production Quality: Produced by Medea Pictures, the video leverages dynamic camera sweeps, realistic lighting, and motion graphics to visually communicate the architectural vision and functional transformation of the complex.
