Our podcasts take the enduring works of world drama and set them loose in the present — reading them not as relics of the past, but as mirrors of the city we move through every day.

Each strand is its own world, unfolding across seasons of themed episodes. In Shakespeare in the Metro, the Bard’s characters step into the modern city, where ambition, power, madness and love wear contemporary clothes but beat with the same old pulse. In Ancient Drama in the Modern City, the myths and tragedies of antiquity collide with the noise, politics and contradictions of the world we live in now.
