FACILITIES IN VOTANIKOS
Double Regeneration Project
On Tuesday, June 6, the new state-of-the-art facilities that will house the Panathinaikos Amateur Athletic Club “family” in Votanikos were presented during a press conference at City Hall. Participants included the Mayor of Athens Kostas Bakoyannis, the President of Panathinaikos A.O. Panagiotis Malakates, the Vice President of Panathinaikos A.O. Dimitris Vranopoulos, the representative of AEP Elaiona Ioannis Ganos, and the representative of the DECATHLON S.A. Architectural Firm, architect Christos Kourtis.
Medea Pictures had the pleasure and honor to curate the video that presented these cutting-edge facilities using 3D photorealistic visualization.
The construction of the facilities (arenas, training centers, swimming pool, etc.) lies at the “heart” of the Double Regeneration plan, the first phase of which is being implemented in Votanikos. Accordingly, under the current schedule, the second phase will be completed after 2026 at the Alexandras Avenue site.
